Credit Purchase Terms
Overview
Credits in Pixel Perfect allow you to generate AI-edited photos and images using the app's artificial intelligence tools. Each AI image generation consumes credits from your balance. The number of credits required may vary depending on the style, processing level, or feature selected. Credits can only be used within the Pixel Perfect app and cannot be transferred to other users or services.
Credit Pack Available
Pixel Perfect offers three one-time credit packs for generating AI images:
- • Starter Pack: 15 credits for £4.99
- • Creator Pack: 50 credits for £9.99
- • Pro Pack: 150 credits for £19.99 — best value per credit
The exact number of credits and pricing are displayed within the purchase screen before confirmation.
Payments
- • Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation (Apple ID for iOS, Stripe for web)
- • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew
- • Prices may vary depending on your region and local taxes
Refunds
iOS purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies — contact Apple Support or use "Report a Problem". Web purchases are processed by Stripe; request a refund via the Stripe Customer Portal in Settings, or contact support. Failed AI generations are automatically refunded — your credits are returned immediately if a generation fails.
Credit Usage
- • Credits are deducted when an AI image generation request begins processing
- • If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account
- • Generated images remain available for download within the app after processing completes
Acceptable Use
- • Users must comply with Pixel Perfect's content guidelines when generating AI images
- • The app includes safety systems designed to prevent harmful, illegal, or prohibited content generation
- • Accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content may have access restricted
